Recently at the Kitchener Scrapfest show I ran into one of my biggest supporters, Trish. She has been buying my designs as long as I can remember. It was fun to catch up with her again and her girlfriends that she always has in tow.
Trish wanted a photo with me since we all know what a rock star I am…NOT! She gave her camera to her friend to get the shot and her friend ended up taking a movie of us without us knowing…how many times has that happened to you? Thankfully I will not subject you to me trying to find my good side, looking for the best lighting and then unsuccesfully sucking in my gut for the photo. How I still manage to look like an Amazon female wrestler after all that I'll never know.
Anyhow, in the end this is the shot we finally got…okay trimmed a bit. I've always said, "cropping your photos brings focus to the areas you want to tell the story". Well I HAVE always said that. The fact that I trimmed out my "He da' man" supersized wrestling arm and my buddha belly was just to focus on the important part…our smiling faces ; )
I didn't take the time to Photoshop out the woman who is creeping in between our heads…she looks a bit intense and scary!
Thanks again Trish! I hope to see you and your girlfriends again, maybe at an upcoming jewelry show. You're what makes doing consumer shows fun : )
Aw thanks so much Suzanne! I always enjoy seeing you at Scrapfest. And thanks for photoshopping out all my….ahem….bad parts too!*LOL* Love it!
Hope to see you again soon. 😀
