This was my other outfit on the weekend for the show. I was delighted when I stopped in Anthropologie a couple of weeks back and found this skirt on sale. The one thing that draws me back to Anthropologie time and time again is the attention to unique details on each piece. The sequined birds were just too sweet to pass up.
As always, without my planning, my latest necklace seems to work with my latest outfit. I think that subconsciously I must be thinking about it while I’m creating. In the end I’m delighted with the way this necklace came out however it makes it hard to want to sell them when they work so well with my wardrobe.

Interesting color combos and ones I would not have thought about putting together, but I see they work well. Shoes are very cute too. Fab hair as always. 🙂

I can *so* see you in this skirt too. I think you made the right choice though…a skirt is nice, but talking to hubby is priceless : )

Suzanne, you look super adorable in that Anthropologie skirt. They have so unique pieces but sometimes I have the feeling they want to get paid for every stitch/seam hahaha. Love the birdies on it super cute and the colour scheme of neutrals, light rose and burdundy, super stylish. You are so talented I absolutely adore your statement necklace, such an eyecatcher.

Thanks Ani. I agree that pretty much all of their items are over-priced…that’s why I wait till they are on sale. I can almost always scoop them up at half off. It’s a waiting game though, and can be a bit of a nail biter when you’re hoping that your size will be left once they finally go on sale.
