Isn't this little Ruche dress cute? I bought it a couple of years ago.
Nevermind that it looks like I could be hiding a 6 month pregancy under there. Don't panic Mom.
It was so hot that later in the day I had to switch out of these boots and pop on my sandals.
I did add that band to the bottom. The dress was too hoochie preggo that short for me.
This me pondering just what the heck my neighbours are cooking on their bbq.
And this is me with my hyper pug after I've been away for the day.
Just a blur. She just runs and runs around like a maniac in the backyard. Then when I don't chase after her she does this,
barking, "hey lady you've been away all day long the least you could do is get off your butt and play with me!"
If you are a pug parent you will know what I'm talking about. They guilt you into everything.

Very cute dress. I love your boots.
It’s very cute!! That’s really a lovely floral pattern. I also have a few tops with that type of cut that I hesitate to wear for fear of causing pregnancy rumors to abound. With my family, they’re all waiting for the slightest hint of an announcement to go crazy. 😛
Haha! What an energetic dog!
Another great sundress on you.
Great print on your dress and I love that you always pick up the best pieces to add to a dress to make it a one of a kind. I was cleaning out my closet this weekend and will be donating some dress that made me look preggo. And I don’t think this dress makes you look like you are hiding a thing 🙂 Have a great week!

Great summer dress and hat, Suzanne. And your pug is so loveable, I’d like to scruff him behind the ears. Thanks for linking up to Vis Monday!
The dress is very cute indeed, but I really envy your backyard. I would even take a small porch. Any little corner that would allow me to sit and enjoy meals outside would be a dream.
The dress is gorgeous and I love how you make it edgy with the boots.
Cute dress!!
But even more adorable doggie!!
Chihuahua’s are the masters of guilting you. The late Diva had it down to an art form!
Great dress, great pug! I am the proud aunt to a pug named Stewie and I tried to take pictures of him last year and they are mostly a blur for the same reasons you wrote about. I think pugs have such hilarious personalities, I love them all. I get to see Stewie later this month and I’m so excited! XO, Jill
It’s so a lovely dress Suzanne! I love this wonderful floral pattern and the cute feminine cut. A perfect dress for a lazy summer day. Enjoy yours!

What a fun dress – and I love that hem you added!
Years back, no one could have convinced me that rough-tough booties would go perfectly with a little summer dress. They do … and what a good move to put that band on the hem! Pretty … and great hat!
Isn’t that the best thing in the universe … the way dogs are SOOOOO glad to see you, no matter how long you’ve been gone? Really, I live for it.
My house is not a home without my pug. : )
