I'm back and frankly devastated about my Etsy shop

I'm back and frankly devastated about my Etsy shop being shut down. After some research I believe it may have been because I logged into my shop account from Europe. When I go away I don't put my shop in vacation mode, I just write and inform my buyers that I'm currently away and update their delivery date so they are aware I'll be shipping upon my return. I've done this for over 11 years and never had any issues. If this isn't allowed on Etsy they should state it clearly their policies and guidelines. ⁣
⁣
I've been warned that my appeal process could take between two weeks to two months. 😫 😱😭⁣
⁣
Since I normally use my IG to market my Etsy shop I'm not sure how much I will be posting until I receive some resolution. This has really taken the wind out of my sails.⁣
⁣
I'll let the last of my prescheduled posts play out but if my posting is sporadic after that you'll know why.
