The crazy hot summer here hasn't been subsiding. All of our grass is crunchy brown. This skirt is perfect for days like this. It has it all, very breezy lightweight soft cotton, mixed colours so it'll match with anything, an elastic waist and best of all…pockets. I picked it up quite a few years back at Anthropologie in NYC. It is one of my best go-to skirts for summer. The cotton shirt I picked up at the same thrift shop where I bought the floral dress from in yesterday's post. The hilarious thing about this "thrift" shop is that all of the clothing came from one woman, the eccentric store owner. Okay…I guess that is one way of curbing your addiction for clothing, open a shop to sell all the stuff you don't want anymore. It was super weird but it didn't stop me from picking up a few pieces. I think that speaks volumes to my addiction. Well, they say the first sign to recovery is knowing you have a problem, the next is opening a thrift shop!

That’s an interesting idea about the thrift shop but I am a little possessive about my clothing! I have an unbelievable amount but I never want to part with it! LOL!! Sometimes I give some to my sister and she loves it! This is such a cute outfit and I would never let it go! Floral print and pockets, what’s not to love???
