When I saw this skirt I immediately thought of Sylvia. She loves unique asymmetrical pieces like this.
Even though there isn’t much white in my wardrobe a white skirt makes everything seem so fresh. My spring style inspiration is often based on bright colours, but sometimes white is crisp and clean next to a busy pattern like the floral in the peplum. And no…FYI…peplums haven’t gone out of style.
Have you noticed I’m neutral obsessed lately? I think I must be sick or something.
Also I managed to find some Hush Puppies in a neutral pump that aren’t 4 inches high. Hallelujah!
What do you think of the skirt?

Yes, that is a great skirt. Even though it looks quite tight and for a white skirt this model could be hard to wear. I actually find printed pencil skirts easier to wear. That said I love wearing white as a bottom. It gives you so many opportunities to play with color, prints or other neutrals. It’s all good. Whenever I don’t know what to wear, I always turn to white… This is a very chic combination!

The skirt is so interesting – I love the lines. And I’m big on white. But I’m really drawn to the blouse – gorgeous!

There is a flaw in this pretty skirt though… I bet you that when you sit down with this skirt, you can see alllll the way up. Which is not what we want. And what’s with the Hush Puppies???
