As you might have guess by now I have a bit of a hat fetish, okay a lot of a hat fetish. Both my husband and myself adore hats. To me they really punctuate an outfit like nothing else can. Case in point, this little outfit. It wouldn't have been remotely the same had I left off the hat. The fact that it was sprinkling that day just made the hat practical and fashionable, and hey, who doesn't love that?
