Now that fashion has almost completely taken over my blog for the past 11 months you would think I would be immune to big fashion faux pas. You would be wrong. No one is exempt from fashion missteps, the proof is on TMZ, in the tabloids and on the Worst Dressed List every year. I'm just a gal with a wardrobe trying to make the best of it. What hope do I have if the professionals can't get it right all the time? When I look back at some of these I wonder if I need to replace the mirror in my bedroom.
Here are my top Five Fashion FAILS for 2012.
This is called "Crazy Cat Lady & BIG Bad Thrift Store Mistake". The dress is too large, the print is overpowering, the back of the dress clings to my butt like saran wrap from all the static cling generated by the cheap flammable polyester fabric, the tights are too dark, the shoes are fine but so very sad they got mixed up in this mess and the hat adds just a touch of crazy lady. Voila! My worst outfit of the year.
This one is called "I'm Just Pretending to be Pregnant". I have to admit that although this dress makes me look like I'm about 6 months along it probably won't stop me from wearing it. It is simply too dang comfy. I am sure I will be wearing this when we are in Antigua. Sometimes fashion isn't my number one priority (gasp!) and when I'm on vakay pretty much anything goes. And no, don't expect pics of that folks. In a relationship it's good to leave a little mystery.
"Once upon a time, there were three little girls who went to the police academy. And they were each assigned very hazardous duties but I took them all away from all that and now they work for me. My name is Charlie." Nuf said. If you don't get the reference you are simply very young and I am very jealous.
All the filters in the world can't save this outfit. If you want to learn how to make your already large rack look much much larger, this is the way my friends.
I know you're asking yourself, "Suzanne how can I possibly make myself look 25 lbs heavier?" Easy peezy my friends, follow my lead, empire waists and over sized sweaters everywhere, all the time.
