You may notice that often my photos are taken by my girlfriend, Hazel. For this post I switched places with her and got behind the camera and took photos of her. I had to. Her outfit was too cute to go without mention. She got several compliments when we were out that day.
Hazel has been my "little fashion project" for a while now. When we first met, many years ago when she was my boss, her fashion sense could have been described as abysmial at best. She would wear over sized white graphic t-shirts down to her knees with black leggings, running shoes and a horrible old red golf jacket that was about 5 sizes too large for her. It was not pretty. I'd just love to share a very old photo of her so you could see all the dramatic changes she's made but I know she would kill me. You will have to take my word for it. She is barely recognizable as the same person. Granted, she has lost weight, coloured her hair and changed her glasses, but I think the biggest change has come through in the confidence with which she now carries herself.
