Blogger Photo Bomb!
I’m still trying to recuperate from the 40+ Blogger Meet-Up.
I really tried…but I can’t party like it’s 1999 anymore.
We had too much fun!
After going strong Thursday, Friday and Saturday I could feel I was getting sick. Sure enough, by the time Sunday rolled around I was losing my voice. Sunday night I was in full-on I-need-an-asthma-inhaler-to-breathe mode and couldn’t talk at all. It’s not fun trying to check-in at the airport without a voice. Whispering to complete strangers is awkward at best. Where was that good looking server from Earl’s? Mr. Sticky Pudding? I could have whispered in his ear.
I’m at home now, trying my best not to cough up a lung and taking extra bed rest.
In the meantime I leave you with Sylvia & I vamping it up thanks to Melanie’s brilliant direction.
If you didn’t have a chance yet…check us out on Instagram.
I will be back soon with some startling blackmail photos revelations and secrets from the other attendees…
Some of the other 20 wonderful attendees in bold type already have posts up with their views of the event.

Is your voice still gone, Suzanne? I hope you are resting and recovering and being pampered. Thank you for working so hard to create this wonderful event. It feels a bit surreal now-did it really happen? And yet home felt a bit surreal too. What is this quiet place? The two photos above are great! I don’t absolutely hate the pic of me, which is saying a lot. I love the pic of you and Sylvia-such skilled models you are! Your Canadian tuxedo is the best I’ve ever seen. One of the big gaps in my wardrobe is definitely jeans. I just can’t find a good fit but yours look great. xoxoxo

Aww, loss of voice and coughing. Hanging out with strange bloggers can do that, I hear. Thanks for the best world-wide blogger meet-up ever, Suzanne (and Sue and Melanie). It was all beyond my wildest dreams.
Natalia Lialina says
Have a goooood rest! You did so much in the past few months, and then the event itself, it’s a lot of work and no wonder, your batteries need a reset. All the photos are fun, and I am looking forward to your posts about it. Congratulations on your success! xxx
Patti says
Oh sorry you’re sick! It *was* too much fun, wasn’t it? Mr. Sticky Pudding was such a doll. I cannot wait till our next meet-up. xox

OH, how I LOVE this post Suzanne! And what a trooper you are, getting this post published even though you are under, under, under.
I’m waiting on some more photos before my post…at least that’s my excuse. In reality, I’m still mentally savouring all the magic that happened this past weekend. GAH!
You and Melanie iz da bestest, the mostest, awesomest hostesses!!

Bwahaha! Your photos crack me up! But they definitely capture the spirit of the event. How did you manage to get this post together? I appreciate it doubly for that.
I love the photo bomber! We were kind of hard to ignore chattering like birds on drugs outside their door. You were the best leader and I’ll certainly miss our Triad of Power emails with you and Sue for planning and freaking. We still need to have our celebratory drink – later. Rest!!
No Fear of Fashion says

Thanks for all the instagramming for those of us trapped by distance.
