Have you seen it?
The movie with Robert Redford.
If you haven't, you need to.
Simply film making at its finest.
It's one of those rare movies that you can sit around and talk about afterwards for hours on end.
Sad, beautiful and poignant.
Without giving too much away, I don't think I would cope as well, or for as long as he did.
The enduring strength of the human spirit and just how far one can be pushed before they give up hope.
I loved it.
Have you seen any great movies lately?

I just watched the trailer, and sadly, I just couldn’t see that film. I know I miss out on a lot of brilliant acting, I mean it’s Robert Redford, but I probably wouldn’t sleep well for a month. I’m still not over Dead Calm, and that was? Um, 1992?
Nice polyvore! I’m on the fence on radiant orchid. It has to be tinted enough to look bright for me.

I haven’t seen this. I don’t think I could. I could not see Gravity, either. Survival films scare me way too badly. Although, the film I saw recently, The Book Thief, I really enjoyed. I loved the book and I very much enjoyed the movie.

OMG Suzanne looks like a fabulous movie
How old is Redford anyway?
Suzanne says
I was shocked to read he is 77 years old! Man I hope I look that good and I’m in that great of shape when I’m 77.

I need to check that out.

Dead Calm was very spooky, very good. The first film I saw with Nichole Kidman. This is different though. Robert Redford is incredible in it.

Like gnome lover, it’s more the survival aspect that freaks me out. I’m not good on boats as it is, LOL.

What? He’s 77!?! Wow, he does look good, and strong. I heard about this from someone else, so I know it’s playing here. It sounds really good, if nerve-wracking!

I have become too sensitive. Which means I cannot cope with all the sadness in this movie. And sadness it will be if you use words like poignant and enduring…. I would cry the whole movie and it would haunt me for years. Literally years. Strictly comedy for me at the movies.
