Friday’s Fresh Vintage Picks Bold Style Over 40
I hope your week went well!
It’s been a busy week at Vintage by Suzanne.
I have so many more items to list. Next week I hope to start listing some of my collection of hats, shoes and handbags. There isn’t enough time in the day!
In the meantime I hope you enjoy some of the newest pieces I have to offer for sale. There are a few pieces in larger sizes this week.
Embroidered Velvet Blazer S/M Silk Floral Midi Skirt 28″ Waist
Vintage Green Graphic Shirt S/M Vintage Floral Tapestry Coat M/L
Vintage Leopard Blouse Small Patchwork Design Wool Pencil Skirt S/M
Silk Flora Midi Skirt 26″ Vintage Black Ruffle Blouse S/M
Red Dress White Polkadots S/M White Pussy Bow Blouse Red Polkadots Small
Vintage 70’s Floral Shirt S/M Cherry Red Faux Suede Trench Size Large
Vintage 60’s Shift Dress Size Small Neck Tie Silk Dress Size S/M
Vintage Maxi Dress S/M Cute Needy Pug *NOT FOR SALE*
I don’t care if this maxi dress sells or not. It matches all my crushed velvet pieces so well and is as comfy as wearing PJs.
What was your favourite piece?
PS…I already know it’s going to be Zoë.
Well of course, the pug is the best of the lot!
I absolutely loved the tapestry coat – my size too and the beautiful embroidered velvet jacket. I’d love the coat but have just bought 2 new coats and have no room for any more – more’s the pity! All of the Friday picks were brilliant. Where do you find such lovely stuff?
Hope you have a great weekend, Suzanne.

Cracking bit of velvet there! Price it really high so you can wear it a bit longer… x
You look just beautiful in the orange velvet coat and 60’s print maxi dress. Really Suzanne; that combination is stunning on you.
There are so many unique, colorful and textural pieces offered here. I just don’t have a lifestyle that matches them. You have an eye for very artful designs Suzanne.
Although Zoe is a neutral hue one can clearly see the feisty twinkle in her eyes. OK wait a minute …Zoe is a female right?
Of course it’s Zoe!! She’s just the cutest thing ever!!
I really love that tapestry coat!!
My question is, is this all stuff from your closet or did you go buy these items to sell?
There are some wonderful pieces here!!

LOVE the patchwork pencil skirt and also the black ruffle blouse! You do an awesome job presenting beautiful vintage fashion : )
I agree, Zoe is my favorite! Luckly I have one just like her but in black! I teased that he goes with my wardrobe with his shedding hair!
Obviously Zoë is my favourite! That amazing maxi combined with the crushed velvet provided the colour pop I was craving on this dismal day. Definitely my favourite, after Zoë. Oh, and you are so right that there isn’t enough time in a day. Sigh. xxx
Zoe is darling, no doubt about it! You should keep the ensemble you’re wearing, love the bright orange and cobalt on you. I love the tapestry coat! If only it were a small…You hav plenty of great pieces.
Have a great Sunday
Jess xx
Of course Zoe!
I like all the pieces, but the red trench especially speaks to me.
Have a great Sunday!
Zoe is sadly not for sale, SO>>
the vintage patchwork skirt and crushed velvet orange coat! Yum. Also love the blazer with the fabulous embroidery. That whole outfit is so stunning.

Orange crushed velvet duster, yes. And I love the combo of the graphic green top with the tapestry coat. Sigh. So many great pieces, Suzanne. It must be hard not to keep everything if it fits. You are a true professional to let them go to new homes.
I agree with all the previous commenters, Zoe IS the best, but the green tapestry coat is pretty fab too. I wish I had the energy to list some of my stuff for sale online, but it’s easier for me to donate it, or sell it to friends. I think you should keep the maxi dress and the crushed velvet coat; the colours are brilliant with your hair!
Beautiful pieces – love the colors and prints. The embroidered velvet blazer is my favorite…next to Zoe of course!
I love everything embroidered, tapestry or velvety, and the colors are really appealing to me too!. Your orange velvet coat is making my mouth watering. yes.
It’s lovely to enjoy your inspiring style!
besos
One of my favorite looks!!!!!
That red faux suede trench.. that might look good on me. And the belt with that camel leather coat, which you haven’t mentioned.
Great stuff again.

Oh yes, I loved your pug, sooo sweet, but I must say that I try to choose a favorite piece and then I can’t decide myself, because I really love many things you show! The tapestry coat, the velvet embroidered blazer, the silk floral skirt… my word, I need to lose weight to be able to wear all these beautiful things you show (and buy them, of course 🙂 You look amazing with the colorful outfit, something U really like – I don’t think we should spend winter only in black! I hope you have a very nice week! Bisous!

I have to say I actually drooled over that leopard print blouse and the chocolate brown embroidered jacket more than I drooled over Zoe! Although I had a wee drool for Zoe!
I’m seriously considering that leopard print blouse. Um… size small. Wonder if it will accommodate the girls???? Scuttles off to get a tape measurement.

The orange really adds warmth to your face, the perfect shade for you, looks gorgeous in it. Hope you are having a great Tuesday. https://kjandersen.wordpress.com/
The ensemble complete with long leather coat and boots just rocks it for me. I’m still a 70’s girl at heart and I would so wear this.
The crushed velvet coat…(as soon as I saw it I leapt to your Vintage shop…but I now see it’s your own…GORGEOUS! I have a long black velvet coat and love it too. xx
If everything you shared was in my size I would be in a heap of trouble. ::sigh:: They’re all so beautiful and cool and zany and fun. And you’re right–Zoe just puts the cherry on top. ❤️
