I used to hate the idea of faux leather. It felt like wearing a plastic bag.
I don't know if the manufacturing has gotten better or I've started to like wearing plastic bags because I kind of like pleather now. I fell in love with this little jacket at my local consignment store as soon as I saw it.
The colour would be called aubergine.
Or for those of you that aren't as fancy…
eggplant.
Yeah I'd rather be an aubergine than an eggplant any day.
It's by the brand Bebe and I think the only thing I've ever bought by that brand.

I think this should be my beach combing outfit.
I can't wait to hear what my nieces will say if I show up to go to the beach in this and ask them to take photos of me.
