I must have gotten in the mood for simple French style because this was one of the options I created for the trip but decided not to take…adding another pair of shoes to my luggage was out of the question and I just don't like the look as much without the pop of red on the bottom.
Dress – Old TJ Maxx, Shoes – Miss L Fire, Top – H&M
This is a very basic look but sometimes simple is good. I find French style to be very simple.
I can see wearing this out to a dance soon.
When I was getting a pedicure for my trip the other day the esthetician that was giving me the pedicure asked what I did to get such large calf muscles. I replied in my best Lady Gaga voice,
"Nothing baby, I was born this way!"
Ha ha.
I didn't say that.
Dang.
When I'm having my feet massaged by a stranger sometimes my mind goes blank.
I said I inheritied my "man legs" with the cows rather than normal calves ( thank you Alison for the reference!) from my Dad. Which is true.
