Who doesn't love a cute owl? My husband gifted me this lovely necklace a few years back. I've had a hard time trying to figure out what to pair it with since it's so large and bright.
Then I came across this little dress at TJ Maxx…for a whole $17! I know right?
Since the dress is very bright it worked perfectly with the necklace.
The colored tights really make the whole outfit pop.
