Decided to do something about all the packages of frozen bananas we had in the freezer. I used to put them in protein shakes for breakfast but stopped during winter. 

Last night I made banana scones, Jamaican coconut banana bread and today sinful Banana cake with cream cheese icing… now that's what I'm talkin' bout! 

I think I hear the treadmill calling me.

Don't you just love the look on her face? Zoe knows she has been naughty but is quite defiant about the whole situation. The dusting of dirt on her nose and mouth is just some added war paint as far as she is concerned. She came back earlier this week with her whole belly caked in mud, as if she had been on some secret military operation and had to stay low to the ground the whole time. 

When I hear the birds chirping in the morning and when Zoe comes back covered in dirt I know Spring is just around the corner.
