I styled this skirt from J Crew initially with purple tights and my purple flower on the lapel of the vest.
The skirt is a tweed with lots of different colours running through it and in the end I decided to change it up and went with pink or magenta instead.
That's the wonderful thing about a plaid or a tweed. You can pull out any colour that is in the pattern and make it your statement colour for your outfit. Today my mood said "pink".
