Zoe likes to run around in the snow, but now it is too high for that even. She just goes around eating it.
I know for some people this may not seem like a whole lot of snow but for Toronto it is the worst one day snowfall that we have had in 5 years. Last year we didn't even have snow. I had my fingers crossed we would avoid winter's grip this year too, but no luck.
I am so grateful for our fantastic neighbours. Robert is really sick right now and I didn't feel ready to go out and start shovelling all that snow off our driveway so imagine my delight when I saw that our super nice neighbours did it for us. That is THE BEST.
I spent part of my afternoon baking cookies to take over to thank them for it. They turned out excellent I need to share the recipe on another post. One is my Grandma Scott's oatmeal cookies and the other is a dark chocolate applesauce cookie. YUM!
Did you get dumped on is this storm? How did you cope?
Zoe is too cute!
Hope you have a relaxing Sunday,
-Kati
Wow, what nice neighbors you have! Great idea to bake them cookies. They look pretty tasty too!

Love the pic of Zoe – so cute!
Zoe is so cute! I love snow but it’s probably because we never get it. I can’t even imagine how my dogs would react to it… They won’t even go to the bathroom in the rain!

Thanks for popping by Kati : )
I know it’ll make it hard to move from our neighbourhood.
Thank goodness I gave most of the cookies away otherwise I’d be filling my face with them all the time.
I know I’m biased, but yes…she is super cute : )
Well I’d rather live somewhere that we can drive to the mountains to “visit the snow” rather than put up with a snow storm like that.
I really think I should have been born in California because that weather is much more like me …sweet and sunny all the time! ha ha ha ha!
