Spring is coming! Oh yeah baby!
The days are getting longer, it’s starting to warm up, I’m getting pumped!
Soon I won’t need to wear a hat, gloves, boots and a heavy coat. People might actually get to see what I’m wearing.
In my anticipation of the arrival of Spring I’ve created a Spring Style Polyvore set to sell myself some stuff I don’t need.
This Spring fashion set is the equivalent to spotting the first Robin of Spring for shopaholic fashion obsessed bloggers and fashionistas.
My Spring Style Picks
I’d wear the floral “dress” with cream pants, jeans or leggings.
Really it should be called a tunic. It is too short to be considered a dress unless you are two years old and wearing underpants that look like this,
Notice how cute those folds and chubby legs looked when you were that young? For those of us that are lucky enough to grow old we get to revert back to having folds again, with one subtle difference, we call now them wrinkles and they aren’t considered cute anymore.
I’m falling hard for that green maxi dress. I’m holding my breath hoping they still have my size when it goes on sale.
If I had lobes that enjoyed wearing ear bling I’d be picking up those gorgeous jewelled drop earrings on sale as well.
They are stunning.
My ears are wimps. They take after my feet I’m afraid. Not to mention the fact that I have to re-pierce my ear every time I want to wear pierced earrings.

Do any of these Spring fashion items tickle your fancy?
Great picks! I love the dress/tunic! And that orange bag is just fabulous. I used to not care about bags until very recently, and now I can’t stop looking at them…
Ooh! I love these pieces. Spring is my favorite season — bright colors, the rebirth of life and passion.
That green maxi dress is so divine! Love all your springy picks.

Love the colors! I really want the striped wedges.
Love it all – the striped wedges are so you (and me too : > ) I agree, Polyvore makes me buy stuff. I am a victim! xox

Spring has already sprung here in Los Angles, so I can wear all of these now! I love the stunning midi dress. Also, I completely agree with you on short, short dresses…they definitely need to be called “tunics”!

I want to put on that floral dress with white fishnet pantyhose and side-zip shiny white mod ankle boots and run to the airport with a ticket to, well, somewhere I can get a big bread and cheap red wine. Yes, they will still have that dress for you.
I’d like to see graphic-printed hose or leggings with those baby legs printed on them. Would it work? Hahaha!
Both the dress and the tunic (yep – I agree that’s a tunic) are delightful. You know I sew, and I often find myself frustrated by the beautiful fabrics used in ready-to-wear which just aren’t available by the metre. I keep looking at that gorgeous green geometric print dress, trying to envisage exactly how the fabric looked on the bolt. It’s stunning – but would I be frowned upon for attempting to style it with bingo wings???
Baci Sally xx ps hope your size is still around when it’s time for the sales Suzanne – I’d love to see it on a real woman.

They all tickle my fancy. The blue/white sandals are already sold out (I checked). You do them great favours.. they have to start paying you. In free Anthropologie stuff.
I have to save. Which is hard with all these temptations.

I’m actually loving the floral dresses this spring. Just looked at all anthro’s new ones and I definitely have my eye on one. I’m voting you get that maxi it kind of has your name all over it.
Dang! I LOVE that maxi dress!!!
I love both looks! That baby’s bottom…just too cute!!!
You are so right, to repierce earrings are not worth the pain, I guess. But having said that, who knows, because I never had to repierce them, I think if I had to, to wear nice earrings, I may have had. Who knows! I loved dress #1 and yes, this is more like a tunic! But #8, yeeeeees, so amazing! You should get it, yes! I had to laugh – yes, a chubby baby is sweet, wrinkles coming at a certain age seem not to be. But then I always tell people, wrinkles show we are alive and enjoyed life 🙂 Obviously, no one accepts this answer 🙂 They say I am too optimistic 🙂

Green dress cool, I am not so much for geometric prints myself, but it is pretty. The first I am having visual of Mrs. Santarpio rushing me to my house after I split my knee open on the slide when Jeffrey and I were sliding the trucks down the slide before us. (yep she told us to stop several times) She was wearing a similar dress.
Please don’t shoot me but I hate, hate the majority of the 70s fashion, and the late 60s. I was little then being put in ugly hand me downs and I hated all the fashion colors, avacado green, orange, puke yellow, brown. All very depressing time for fashion and interior design….
I get the ebbie jebbies just thinking about it all.
Minus the above rant you happen to pull of some of that fashion quite well, I even like some of it when you show it:)
I’ll have the earrings, thank you;-).
