It doesn’t need to be summer or spring for me to wear florals. I happily enjoy them throughout the year.
Pretty fall floral fashion has been popping up everywhere.
This delicate dress caught my eyes immediately. It reminds me of something from the 1940’s.
Aren’t the sleeves divine?
It is wonderfully swishy as I walk or turn, as you can see by the blurring in the photo above. ( Note to self: Learn how to operate new camera and adjust the ISO.)
Yes, that is a pug hiding out behind me.
She was delighted to get in on the shoot and very well behaved I might add. Might have had something to do with the treats in my pocket.
The tapestry coat was another lucky find while thrifting. It is too tight to close around the ladies, but I figure looks better open anyways.
I was taking some much-needed direction from my co-model here. She knows all the best moves, although I think she may need some help with sucking in her belly. I’m wearing a belt to help me out.
I’m trying desperately not to be upstaged and it isn’t working.
See how much more relaxed I look when I take photos with my pug?
Thanks to Sue for suggesting that I get Zoë in the photos more often. I’m sure this has nothing to do with her being bored to death of seeing photos of me, myself and I.
Here are some other pretty fall floral fashion pieces I’ve spotted that would fit quite happily in my closet.
Nevermind I have no room, I’d make space.
Are you a fan of pretty floral for fall? Do you have any in your closet or are you planning on purchasing any?
