When I was blond I could never wear yellow.
Well I could wear it but it made me look like I just drank a two four of vodka chaser style, topped it off with a bag full of Cheesies, a box of red wine (2000 was a very good year for boxed wine) and an old package of stale taco chips I found in the back of the cupboard. Eesh…that was a bad night.
Now that I'm a redhead I can get away with it.
Wearing yellow.
Not overdrinking and then binge eating. That is waaaay past me I'm happy to confess.
When I was blond I wore red all the time. Now I stay away from red unless it's far from my hair/face.
I sold my beloved red Danier leather blazer because of this.
That's okay though since I still prefer my red hair to the red blazer.
Does your hair colour dictate the colours you wear?
Also riddle me this…why am I unable to wear red when MadMen's Joan wears it all the time?
Aside from the fact that she could probably wear clown paint, a burlap sack and a bike helmet and still look drop dead gorgeous.

I know nothing about good/bad colors. Sorry. I did notice though that Joan’s hair seems to be a more strawberry (lighter) shade of read, while yours is more auburn, at least in the photos. Maybe that makes a difference?

Your hair really is such a pretty shade of red. And the yellow looks great on you. I really like that lemony souffle shade of yellow. And I love how the top has more sheerness in the sleeves. Nice detail indeed. I would think you could really rock red too. So I encourage you to try different shades of red!

Fishnets…my go-to when my legs are white or I just can’t be bothered with shaving LOL
This pencil skirt is made for bigger hips…you just have to find the right one.
I do agree that I much prefer her in blue purple or green but they seem to dress her in some shade of red all the time.

I am head over heels for that skirt – what a fabulous print! When I was a redhead, I wore red all the time. I think it totally depends on the shade or amount!
