My memory is like lace, full of holes. I do however, have an astounding memory for clothing. I can't remember when the first or second world war started or pretty much any dates in history for that matter. I have a blurred memory of my childhood and (I am embarrassed to say) never remember my cell phone number ( my excuse is that I never call myself ). I can however, remember where I purchased almost every piece of my clothing in my closet. Yes I'm "special" that way. In fact I'm so good with remembering clothing that when I go out I can pick out items on people and tell you where they bought them. I can even tell my girlfriend where she bought all of her clothing in her closet. That is why I'm surprised that I no longer remember where I picked up this lovely lacey top from. Granted it is old, probably at least seven years. The label says Tristan, but I have a feeling that I picked it up via TJ Maxx. Anyhow, I'm glad I hung onto it for all these years because now I'm loving it with this pencil skirt.

Love the lace top, the sheer shoulder are a really nice detail!
I totally agree with you on remembering all about your clothes, like where they came from or even how long ago you got them. Sometimes I think I am kinda sad that way! LOL! But at least I am not alone!

That is funny that you remember that too! Consider it a hidden talent rather than sad. When someone starts talking about some important dates in history you can remind them where and when you bought each piece of your outfit. Okay…when I say it like that, it does sound kind of sad. ha ha
