I can’t get enough polka-dots
Lately I've been seeing polka-dots everywhere. I have to say I love them. Something about them says fun, whimsical, retro & classic all wrapped up into one yummy bon bon.
I've seen some new jeans that are polka-dotted and I wondered what the heck they would look like on…well as you can see here…they look amazing! I even love the mustard color. Granted she is very thin and has super thin legs and is wearing heels, but I still kind of like the whole idea.

Argyle
We've been hit with a little bit more winter today so this outfit is ideal for the cooler weather.
Although I love argyle as a pattern I do find it harder to wear since it will generally make you look larger unless the pattern itself is very small. I balance this outfit by having a narrow pencil skirt on the lower half.
The sweater has a nice open v-neck which also elongates the body and helps break up the larger pattern with some skin.
It's classic and very comfortable since the pencil skirt is in stretch.

I like this argyle sweater that they had at JCrew a while back…very flattering and I love it with the destressed jeans.
