A pencil skirt is one of those items that fits seamlessly into any wardrobe and is a real workhorse. It can be worn by pretty much any body type and will always make you feel like Joan, the "sexy office secretary". I bought this neutral beige one at H & M about 2 months ago. It has lycra in it and is very comfortable. The higher waist makes my legs look longer and allows me to pair it with shorter cropped tops and or belts.
Keeping the look sleek and simple is what makes this ensemble polished and sophisticated.
