Last week I wrote I was learning to live with limitations due to aging and Fibromyalgia. Well it seems that thankfully I got that wrong.
No, I didn't figure out how to stop aging.
Poo.
I know.
I was worried that I had aged 30 years in a day and my Fibromyalagia had be turned up by 1,000 % and within days I would be wheelchair bound.
Nope.
Turns out I had mold poisoning.
My office is in the basement where the room with the mold issue is located. I didn't realize it until 2 days after, when I was still so sick I thought I needed to go to hospital.
The mold was blooming.
Normally blooming in spring is great…not when it comes to mold. It stinks like you cannot believe and is highly toxic.
Hopefully this year we have looked after the problem for good.
Being horribly sick due to that for a full week is crazy. I know I'm more sensitive than most people to chemicals and smells but this really impacted my health and I am still dealing with it. I'm hopeful that next week I will be back to normal.
You think you're doing everything right, looking after your body and then the flippin' house comes along and makes you sick.
On the bright side I lost 6 lbs since I haven't been able to eat. Not an ideal way to go about it though.
These photos I took before I got sick and before this amazing weather which finally decided to grace us with it's presence after being late by a full 2 months.
The dress I scored for $30 at the Hamilton Vintage show a few weeks back. I love it!
It is 100% cotton and will be perfect for when we hopefully visit France in June.

I figure I need to find one of those transparent nylon head scarves that my Grandma wore to really finish the look.
So here is to starting off a better week without sickness or mold and only lovely Spring flowers blooming.
