Husband don't read this.
I put together a little love coupon booklet for our "when first we met" anniversary that comes up on Feb 16th. Since our anniversary is just a couple of days after Valentine's Day we wait and celebrate our special day on the 16th. This works out pretty well for booking hotels or dinner out.
The love coupon booklet comes as one down-loadable PDF file.
Simply print onto matte heavyweight card-stock, trim and staple into booklet.
Easy peezy.
Coupons read as:
Your choice, Dinner – eat out or home cooked
You Win, I'm wrong
Your choice, Movie Night – with added bonus: Enthusiasm
1 Day No Chores – go ahead and take a nap
Extra Hot Sexytime – your choice
Your Choice, Date – whatever, whenever
1 Boys Night Out – no curfew
I just know that little "you win I'm wrong" is going to be used quickly.
Man how I'd love one for myself!
Available now through my Etsy shop.
Do you ever make your own Valentine's Day gifts?

“you win, I’m wrong” Ouch!! 😛
Cute!! I’ve made these for the hubby before!
Never did anything about Valentine’s day. My husband is the romantic one of us. Cute cards.

LOL Believe me, that is a “once in a lifetime” card ; )
Suzanne this is adorable and I mean that in the best way. What a sweet gift for your hubby. I like how you celebrate your special day all by itself. You two are quite romantic. Love this!
xx, Heather
I do, quite frequently actually – ditto for my Valentine’s Day cards. I love crafting and giving something I’ve made to those who are near and dear to my heart. This coupon book is really charming!

*PS* Thank you very much for your beautiful compliments on my latest vintage outfit post. You’re right. I hadn’t really noticed until you pointed it out, my green eyes are especially noticeable when paired with that red fifties frock (it must be because red and green are complimentary colours on the colour wheel).
Ah, young love. I have vague memories of it and yes, it was nice. These booklets are great, I hope your husband appreciates what a special lady you are! (I’m thinking he does). Thanks for your nice comments on my shopping ban post. Anthropologie is a dangerous place for me too when they are having a sale. I love so many of their cardigans. So glad that ban is over. A year? What was I thinking? XO, Jill
What a great idea Suzanne! I believe these gifts are much better and sweeter than flowers 😉

Oh, it’s been so long since I’ve done anything as sweet as this. And then, it was hand written, and not nearly as creatively executed as your coupon pack. Beautiful work Suzanne! The movie night – your choice – with enthusiasm made me laugh! So true!
Those are real cute cards Suzanne!
Hey! Oh Boy Valentine is around the corner!
I think D would like those cards –
I have seen them in French somewhere or somehow don’t remember – They were more ole, ole i think!

This is awesome! I might have to do this for Kyle. He did something similar for me one year. He put together a flip book calendar for the year, and on each day he shared one of his favorite memories with me, something he loved about me, or a coupon for something nice and sometimes naughty. Maybe it’s time I return the favor! You’ve certainly made it easy, plus, your little book looks so professional and beautiful!

Yours and mine both ; ) Believe me, once that “you win, I’m wrong” is used it is going in the garbage! LOL
Thanks Jennie…I will check that out.
Wow. That is different. It’s not often I hear that.
Thanks Heather : )
LOL…well I don’t know if you can consider being married for 22 years young love : ) Feb will be 23 years since we met.
I know that their value increases the longer you are married ; )
I’m sure my husband will hoard that one until “the best” (read the *worst*) moment for me. Ah well. I’m giving from the heart : )
I know I know. Believe me I thought long and hard before breaking down and including it. Just because I know personally how much I would love that card myself.
I know…don’t know that my husband will go for the guys carrying me around. Dang it! ; )
Thanks for popping by Sheree : )
Only people that have been together for a while will “get” some of these ; )
I tried to to sex them up too much. I needed to be able to sell them in my Etsy shop : )
Wow that is a fabulous gift. Lots of effort and thought went into that.
Thanks Constantinos. Makes me think I need to one for the ladies.
Happy anniversary, Suzanne. I have been married for 27 years now and I never missed to celebrate an important day! Very cute cards!
This is too cute! I am lucky as my husband is the playful type when it comes to cards and gifts and he always manage to find something really funny each time and I love that! My son has the same trait too. When he was 8 he made these coupons (hand drawn stick figure and hand written)for free hugs and distribute to me and daddy and I still keep them.. that was the sweetest thing ever, made me smile for days! I hope both you and husband has something great planned this year for the anniversary 🙂
