Karina Style For The Holidays
Are you feeling lucky? I have a great opportunity for you to win a Karina dress. If you don’t know the Karina brand they are made in the US, wash easily, don’t require ironing and are flattering for every body type.
This is the time of parties and holiday cheer so I decided to dress up my Karina dress four different ways for the holidays.
Changing up a dress is always about the accessories and I chose some bold accessories.
(Are you surprised?)
I started with the blue crushed velvet booties cause nothing says Christmas like crushed blue velvet.
{wink}
I have one of my favourite handmade necklaces that matches the booties.
Similar necklace in black and red with vintage brooch I created for sale on my Etsy.
An owl handbag cause…well really you don’t need a reason for an owl handbag.
You can’t really see it too well but I’ve added my little tulle skirt under the dress for some added volume, a bit more length and some texture. This outfit would work well for an office party.
Now I just need to find an office and crash their party.
The dress is shorter than my other Karina dresses and therefore ideal for tights or women that love to show off their gams. Come back tomorrow to see another way I’ve styled this same dress for the holidays.
Don’t miss your chance to win!

So cute. So inventive and attractive. You dress so well. You deserve an award or something… 🙂
Don’t you look snazzy!!! Love how you styled the dress (what a great coat, btw) and I noticed right off that bit of tulle peeping out from the hem, sweet touch!
You’re totally rocking that wrap dress. The boots are fabulous, the necklace stupendous and I love that peek of netting underneath. xxx
You are owning that fab dress – with the blue velvet booties. Sigh, you are gorgeous. xo

Suzanne…First off that was brilliant to put that tulle under the dress (i did notice it, but thought it was part of the dress until you said that). Second, I think I’d pick the Clara –3/4 sleeve dress in Orchid wave—but it’s a hard decision! jodie

I love your style! I think I would pick Megan 3/4 sleeves – navy with taupe micro dots. Thanks for the opportunity!
The Peggy dress in black-and-white gingham is so classic! 🙂
I love these dresses. The V-neck, flared skirts and 3/4 sleeves are perfect for my shape. Thanks for the opportunity to enter the giveaway. Ho ho ho!
Fabulous touch of the tulle skirt underneath. And then paired with those awesome booties! I’d love to win a Karina dress. So many of you bloggers over the pond have them and they always looks wonderful. I love seeing the ones Patti wears too.
So many styles but I love the Audrey silver python but the waistband might sit in the wrong place on me but I also love the Ruby in red and white dots for summer or the Maggie in raspberry and navy dots for winter!

Love the tulle for more volume, and the blue print looks great with those boots!

Loved how you styled it with the blue booties!

Wow. I love those blue booties. You’ve really styled this dress in a lovely warm way. The petticoat gives it a nice fancy touch. I always think of blue velvet as cigarettes and a sloe gin fizz. I like the Megan 3/4 sleeve. How many of these dresses do you own?
Ha! I own too many. Well…that could be said of everything in my wardrobe ; P
I’ve not heard of Karina, but this dress is lovely. The color and style make it perfect for accessorizing! Love it with the blue booties.
I think you’d really like Karina dresses Lana. They make them in LONG for long legged tall gals like yourself : )
Those boots bring to mind Elvis, Twin Peaks, and Mr. Vinton, all winners. So yeah, party on with the crushed velvet boots. I wish they were mine. Heh. The dress looks awesome – this style on you, total winner. I like how you’ve added the tulle underneath. Yeah, the owl bag, anywhere, any time. And to smack grabby hands when the office party gets in full swing.
Such a shame we don’t have the same shoe size.
I might have gams to show off and I do think the dress is nice, but a bit too short for me. So I will refrain from entering the competition (I already have my watch. Getting lucky twice is asking a bit too much). That coat is terrific.

You can choose whichever dress you like : ) They have a bunch to choose from.
And lots of their dresses are long : )
The Blue Velvet song is so beautiful, I love it! By the way, you are always so gorgeous – such a lovely dress and I really loved your bag and necklace 🙂 I normally don’t wear shorter dresses, but with tights it would do for me – because I loved the dress! And the coat too – besides, clothes that don’t need ironing are always welcome 🙂

I think you’d really like these dresses Denise. They have all different ones with different lengths you can choose from and the contest is open internationally.
I like how something as subtle as tulle can be a game-changer in an outfit!
Crushed velvet blue boots – well you had me right from there! You look amazing. I love the tulle underskirt and the clever trick it plays. The coat is fab, the dress so very cute. Oh, and did I say you look amazing?
